MyDraw can be licensed under different terms, as described in the License Agreement topic. This section explains Subscription Licensing in detail, including how to manage purchased licenses, handle account settings, use the digital wallet, and manage teams.
When you purchase MyDraw Subscription licenses, they are automatically associated with your account. The Primary Account User can oversee these licenses through the Service Licenses section on the My Account page, which is presented as follows:
In the example account above, you can see that there are four MyDraw Subscription licenses associated with the account. Two of these licenses are assigned to users named Peter and Alex, while two remain unassigned.
When a user logs into the MyDraw Subscription application, whether it's the web version, Windows, or Mac, MyDraw will automatically attempt to assign an unassigned license to that user if the Assign Service Licenses Automatically option is enabled.
Additionally, you have the option to manually assign licenses to users by selecting the user for each license and clicking the Apply button. It's important to note that each user can be assigned to only one license. If you wish to change the license assignment for a user, you must first unassign them from the old license and then assign them to the new one.
When your licenses expire, MyDraw will try to renew them automatically, provided that the Auto Renewal option is enabled. Auto-Renewal will attempt to charge the Default Payment Method in your Digital Wallet (see below) for the same product. For example, if you've purchased a MyDraw Subscription - 12 Months, upon its expiration, MyDraw will automatically check for the Auto Renewal option. If this option is checked, it will attempt to renew the expired subscription by purchasing another MyDraw Subscription - 12 Months.
